phones are good, however staff are extremely rude and slow. usually have to stand in line for about half an hour each time I visit the store. they also would not repair my phone which was under warranty for another year, claiming the personal damage was mandatory to be repaired first which was unnecessary as the small crack in the screen was done shortly after purchase, while the problems with calling started about a year after purchase.
