Niel is working next door thought it would be a good idea to pull tree stumps out on the fence line. He’s pulled fence posts up and moved my fence and warped it and when I complained his answer was you better shut your mouth go inside and mind your own business or I’ll jump the fence and smash you in the head. Too bad for him, I recorded it all.
