What a wonderful experience we had with 4d bonding. I first came across it after doing an Internet search for a gender determination ultrasound when we were expecting our second child. I was skeptical initially to book for an ultrasound online. It all seemed far too easy. In fact, it was`easy but in the best possible way and the customer service we received was exceptional from then on. First I got a confirmation email which included a photo of the building and front door of the business to make it easier to find on the day. A small thing, but for me was a nice touch and really did make it easier to find. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by reception staff and were seen right on our scheduled appointment time. The ultrasound room itself was really nice. The room was spacious (enough room for extended family to view the baby) and had a large and very comfortable sofa set in front of a large widescreen tv. The bed was really comfortable too - not your usual hospital / Dr examination bed but a real bed! The radiologist was thorough and spent lots of time with us to make sure we got an accurate gender assessment, despite our baby being very uncooperative to show itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a 4d ultrasound.
