4WD Supacentre - Newcastle

I bought a GPS unit and it was faulty. I returned the item and was told I would get a refund in two days. A week went by and I called the store and they diverted my call to an operator in India. They said they're still looking into it. It's now two weeks and I haven't received my refund. I have never experienced such a scam. This company is crooked. Avoid this lot like the plague. I'm letting as many people possible about their bad business practices. I've already spoken to fair trading about these criminal activities

I got sold the wrong sized wiring for my fridge freezer kit . My auto electrician wouldn't install it. Tried for a refund or store credit but denied based on being one day past 30 day refund policy. They offered a discount if i spent more money. Very unhappy. Went home and done a google review. Went back in and told them I'll change the review if they honour a discount now I have calmed down. They refused. I just can't fathom spending another dollar here now. They told me they would prefer me to leave the negative review.
