The product of two 24-hour fermentations, 5 & Dime bagels are boiled and baked on site. They lean towards traditional, with varieties including plain, onion, rye, poppy seed, sesame, cinnamon and raisin, dill or salt. And there is a lot of choice for what you what it filled with. They smoke their own salmon, cure the gravlax in house, and use local victorian cultured cream cheese.
Fantastic bagels. Available pre-filled to eat in or takeaway, as well as unfilled to take home for MYO lunches. The bagels sell for $2 each and $11 for half a dozen. The product is of a very high quality!
