Great service ... friendly and knowledgeable. My C30 Volvo had an EGR issue that other mechanics sent me back to Volvo as they couldn't fix it. 5A Mech had no doubts about it and so far car is running well.

I take my car here for servicing rather than the big Nissan dealers in town after totally losing confidence with the Nissan mechanics. The cost of a service here is half that of the big dealers, and the knowledgeable mechanics were able to find problems requiring urgent attention that Nissan failed to even identify (these were then fixed under warranty, so not just 5A trying to make a quick buck for themselves). The staff and manager are outgoing and friendly, are able to tell me exactly what I am paying for and never rip me off - even though Im a female with limited mechanical knowledge. If something is identified that needs to be fixed, and it is going to be an additional cost to the original quote for servicing, they call me first before they go ahead with the work. Bills are broken down and itemised so I can see exactly what work was done and what I am paying for. They will even go as far as picking me up from work/dropping me off when my car is in the workshop. I highly recommend 5A Mechanical for friendly, professional & reliable service.
