The cakes sold here are so cute and they taste quite nice. However they are a bit expensive. Sometimes the cakes may also taste a bit bland. Most of the cakes sold here are more on the sweeter side.

The shop has many flavored cakes to choose and they all look fancy. The taste of the cake is good, but the price is a little bit too expensive as the size of the slice is quite small. The customer service is just so so and the coffee doesn't taste good.

The food provided is designed in quite interesting although some may be only desired by certain taste. The staff provides almost less than average customer service which may result in an unfriendly atmosphere.

Had ordered coffee and cake; staffs seem to be inexperienced and long waiting delay as they are bit unorganised with everyone seem to be doing their own thing. Got my order after about 20 minutes. the choc cake was bit bland and coffee was okay.

Ordered a cake for a friend's birthday; choc and strawberry cake. Paid and picked up the next day. The service was taking too long; it was one of the busy times and had to wait 15 minutes to pick up the cake as there are few people already waiting for their order. Service was OK, not rude or anything. Cake was Ok as well but could have been better and they even forgot to put the happy birthday sign.

Location is pretty convenient.

We had cake and coffee, the cake good and was presented in very cute packaging. The price was competitive, the shop was so very busy at the time, however service was still very good.
