It is a franchised store and the owner would not turn a deposit I had made on a pram into a credit voucher as I had to cancel it, instead keeping my funds and now will never get any further business from myself. Sent an email to the Area office and the area manager couldn't help because it is a franchised store. BE CAREFUL!
