Could not recommend them highly enough. I had a smashed screen and thought it was unrepairable. The owner said no problem and was fixed promptly. He could have sold me a new phone but advised it was so much cheaper to get it fixed. So grateful. Will go back when I need to.

I took my phone to COPS in Shepparton to have the screen repaired. They said it would be ready in 2 hours.

When I went back to pick it up, they said it was now in Echuca.

I went back the following day and finally retrieved my phone from them, still not repaired.

When I tried to complain, the owner told me to f@ck off and not come back.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and bad behaviour ever.

I took the phone to FoneFreakz and they had it repaired within the hour.

I cannot recommend FoneFreakz highly enough.

Went into get my screen fixed and they fixed the screen but they wrecked my front camera and tried to make up an excuse that all other experts said was false and when I asked for them to fix it they wouldn't and charged me
