Just Screw It is the most unprofessional and unpleasant companies I have ever encountered. Damage was done to my house which they refused to repair. They did not finish the job and I had to project manager the works to completion. I have never been so rudely spoken to and email were threatening and bullying. I have reported them to the Department of Fair Trading and an investigation is underway. AVOID JUST SCREW IT all all costs.

There is a minimum eight-hour labour call out fee, no matter how small the handyman job.

I used the landscaping part of this business- “Just clip it” and would suggest AVOID AT ALL COST!!
I had a similar experience to several of the other reviewers on here -the job ended up costing far more than estimated and the quality of the work was appalling. Lack of communication and lack of care , lack of attention to detail as well as lack of basic knowledge about plants and gardens were all factors in the terrible outcome I experienced.
I don’t normally post reviews but feel so strongly about wanting to warn others about this company!

We are absolutely delighted with our new back yard from JUST SCREW IT landscaping team.
Everything from design stage up to completion went smoothly.
It’s great to deal with professionals!
Will definitely use them again for our other projects.

We hired JSI for our kitchen and bathroom renovation projects in Chatswood. Job was completed on time. We were very impressed with their professionalism and delighted with the outstanding by the final result. No hesitate to recommend Chad and his team to anyone!

I found all the tradesmen polite and thoughtful. It was to have them turn up when they said they would and clean up after themselves

Have just finished using Just Screw It for the second time, this time for a tidy up of my property before relocating.
Can’t fault the quality of the carpentry done, nor the friendliness of the service.
The office staff always seem reasonably accomodating and usually proactive.
I did have to make a couple of calls to get final rubbish removed at end of the job, which was a little frustrating when juggling house inspections etc.
Generally very satisfied

Very pleased with the attitude and professionalism of Chris, no job was too hard and he is lovely to deal with. He got stuck in and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be calling Just Screw It the next time we need work done

All the guys did a great job on my home renovation. Not only was the job completed on time but it was finished to a beautiful standard that both uplifted the dated design while simultaneously upholding the integrity of its heritage.

I have been meaning to email to say a special thanks to Mal for the work that he did on the window beams job. A tricky job, which I know was a long commute for him, but he showed a consistently high level of professionalism and his skills were evident in the problem-solving he had to do and the quality of his work. I’m not sure if you have any kind of staff recognition scheme internally within your company, but if so I’d nominate him for something.
