With regard to my Sept.08 adverse report (now removed), I apologise to Frank, owner of A&A Plumbing and Draining, and say to anyone who may have previously read that report that his prices are well inside the range of the industry and are quite reasonable.. Frank met with me to explain where the errors occurred in the course of events leading to that report The two letters I sent asking for a review of the bill were probably received by the football club which shares his postal address (see above on this site), and the price check I received from a plumbing supplier was wrong because they misinterpreted the parts description, and only gave the price of one of the two parts and stated the two parts listed were part of the one component when they werent, the second component being the most expensive. In this matter Frank has been most courteous in correcting my misunderstandings and I recommend him as polite and very reasonable tradesman.
