If it wasn't for trying to match with the existing doors & windows, I should have run. This company has no respect for their customers, they lie to cover their mistakes, quotes take forever & when you finally get your order, the keys are missing & so is the security door that was ordered at the same time.
Yes, the doors & windows do glide well,but unfortunately if the service isn't there, the product is useless.
I hope management looks at this review, because I would not recommend A & L windows Qld to anyone until I am sure that their customer service has been improved as no one needs to go through what I had to.

A and L provided basic flyscreens and a security door to our home. Their price was the best, and the service and quality of the product were still good. I would use them again.

Our builders recommended them for our window installation and we are very happy with the price and quality we received. I had a small issue about a year after installation and when i called it was no problem to sort out. A spare part arrived in the mail in 3 days free of charge. Recommend them
