Daniel and the team at ACE have provided team building activities for Medicine students at Monash University for many years. The activities (both indoor and outdoor) are well coordinated and the students always have a great time. ACE is very easy to work with and cost effective. I highly recommend this company.

Went to Point Nepean Country Club in Victoria and completed a team building activity that was similar to Amazing Race. The activity was very enjoyable and entertaining and enhanced the team atmosphere within our business. Ace were very prepared, ran the event very well and the 2 facilitators were terrific. We organixed for Daniel to come to our work conference to help us bond and work together. We had no idea of what great games he had install for us.

I contacted Daniel at A.C.E to assist me in creating a team building activity for our conference. Daniel was welcoming, consultative in style and was able to gain a great understanding in a short period of time to gauge the right kind of activity for our team. ACE ran a Survivor Team Building event on our behalf. It was well very well organised and our delegates really enjoyed the session. We would definitely use ACE again in the future for another team building session. In fact I have been informed that the "Video Doc" they do is particularly good and have that in mind for our next event.

ACE designed a 2-day workshop focusing on Facilitation Skills and Strategic Team Development for a group of Inter-professional health care professionals. The content of the workbook was great and was reinforced with lots of summaries, quizzes, exercises, experiences and a range of resources. The Facilitation Skills workshop reinforced the knowledge and skills for a number of participants while some of the information and activity was relatively new for others. Strategies for encouraging participation, along with question skills and types, were particularly helpful.

Learning about High Performance Teams (including the software program that can asses team development), group decision-making, group effectiveness and preferred work preferences highlighted the need to develop a balanced team. The workbook provided multiple examples of team roles and workshop participants enjoyed fitting their preferences into the teams they were currently working in.

We asked ACE to come back and run a team building event for us because they were so fantastic the first time! We did Bingo-A-Go-Go in 2010 and Musical Trivia for 2011 and it was again a great success! The team are fantastic, fun and friendly and run their events with the same ethos. My Division loved the experience and are looking forward to doing it all again next year - thanks ACE!

The folk at ACE designed and conducted a specific group activity for my teams offsite only a few weeks ago (this was the second such piece they've done for me). The purpose of our offsite was to fully engage with our plan for the remaining months and really get in the mindset for delivery - and to help the group understand all the necessary pieces to effective execution. ACE's half-day activity ("Cargo") worked perfectly and drew out some interesting insights for the group on the planning/execution challenge. A valuable undertaking that really helped steer the conversation and thinking over the following day.

We had Daniel and the team come and run Project Apricot for our wider team. The team building was highly engaging, alot of fun, and really drove home key messages around constructive working styles and achieving together. The sense of satisfaction amongst the group on completion of the task was fantastic. A very professionally run session.

ACE training have run three sessions for our team. We enjoyed the first one so much we asked them to come back and share the experience with our wider workforce (twice so far). ACE encouraged everyone to take part in a fun, professional and memorable manner, with memories in photographic print provided at the end. The organisation, mix of music and activities saw people come out of their comfort zone and truly team build in an environment that was not the typical dry training scenario. Evaluation of the sessions was instantly obvious by looking at the smiling faces, euphoria and complimentary emails from staff.

Recently with a few new management team members on board, we knew we wanted a get- to-know-you-session but we also wanted it to be fun and outdoors. At first we were thinking of some kind of camping / kayaking activity. Or perhaps a spot of golf or an amazing fishing adventure? A lot to think about and organize so we made a quick phone call to the experts at ACE. They went through all our needs and issues plus event expectations plus our hoped for outcomes. Soon after we had a comprehensive proposal on our desk: detailing prices and logistics. Portsea and Pt Nepean it was! Daniel Cohen and his partner Fiona arranged absolutely everything for us. Talk about an eye for detail. Very impressive and so professional. Our leadership team just loved getting outdoors and we all had lots of laughs together. Just two weeks ago we held another event with ACE. This time a product launch for 60 people from all over Australia. Daniel Cohen and his partner Fiona put together the "Directors Cut" filming event plus Hollywood Academy Awards night for us. Again, to rave reviews from all participants. Two weeks after the event and I can still see the huge smiles and cheeky grins of the participants: ACE provided photos and videos as a reminder of our event - such a terrific memory. It was such a great event that everyone has asked how will we ever top that? Simple...we will work with ACE again to come up with an even greater plan!

First contact with A.C.E. was as part of a staff team training day to prepare us to work on a medical student transition weekend. The training provided was the best team training I have ever been part of. Working with A.C.E. over 8 years of transition weekends demonstrated their excellence to me. Daniel Cohen is an excellent facilitator and debriefer and I have tried to apply some of his techniques in my own teaching and facilitation.

More recently we engaged Daniel to design a team facilitation training program for us. He came up with some very helpful models for us to use. The feedback we got about Daniel's work from the quite large group of health executives and academics was excellent.

Running two activities at our corporate retreat. The first activity was a Gruen Transfer style challenge requiring teams to produce commercials. The second activity was based on the Amazing Race and involved a number of teams passing through challenges based in different 'countries'.

A.C.E. Training & Consulting were brought in to conduct a team building session at our Annual Sales Meeting. We wanted an activity that would challenge our sales team as well as highlight the benefits of team work and communication.

The ACE team put on a great Music Trivia challenge at our company's Retreat in February this year, there was about 70 of us in total.

The trivia was done during dinner, and with breaks incorporated to eat meals, the night worked really well and was the perfect activity after a day of sessions. Everyone seemed to be getting right into it and had a great night.

Our company went on a Team Building weekend to Daylesford last year. One of the days was spent with the Team from ACE as we had an Amazing Race through Daylesford. We were in two groups of three people and had an amazing time de-coding clues to our next spot and working together to finish task required of us. Not only did we get to see some amazing sites of Daylesford we really bonded with our groups and had an amazing time together.

ACE organized the team building activity "Director's Cut" and the Movie night for us which was great fun. I have organized and attended many conferences and this team building activity was definitely the most fun and memorable one!

ACE Training and Consulting were utilised at our sales conference 2011 to run a trivia style night. The objective of the night was to have interactive trivia style entertainment that would encourage associate participation and be a way for associates to break the ice on the first night of the conference.
On Daniels recommendations we decided to run the Bingo-a-go-go trivia event. Although I had some hesitation due to me not fully understanding how the event would play out, my expectations were exceeded by the conclusion of the night.
The night was recognised by many associates as being a highlight of the conference and the laughs are still being remembered now one month on.
