I found A Grade Tax to be really good, they sort out everything, no fuss, I highly recommend them.

After being a client of A Grade Tax since 1988 we were told this year that he would no longer do our returns. No prior consultation or explanation as to the reason. So much for customer loyalty. I'm left to guess the reason. Is it because I complained about the excessive cost of compiling our returns last year, which our new tax accountant discovered were incorrectly compiled.
If you want customer service and loyalty look elsewhere.

The practice is very efficient; sending reminder letters that the returns are due, reminder phone calls to confirm appointment. Punctuality of sending returns to the tax office. With a previous tax agent, I had to continually call to see if the return had been lodged - not so with Max. I found Max's office by chance, desperate to find a reliable accountant in the local area and now would not go anywhere else. 100% Satisfaction and would recommend to everyone.
