My order was delivered on time (in fact it arrived a day earlier than anticipated by Aust Post). The product looked exactly as promised on their web site, and was well within my budget compared to other hamper sites.

This is the first time I have used "A Little Luxury Gifts & Homewares PtyLtd" website was easy to search through with lots of options at reasonable prices. Loved that I could mix the products Wine, Body Products, Balloons candles ect all available. Delivery was next day, again not expensive and was updated once product had been despatched and delivered. Great alternative to 'Flowers" which only ever last a couple of days. Loved the choices.

When I went to send a mother’s day gift to my Mum out to southwest qld I had difficulty finding a company which would delivery to her small country town, but these guys did. Mum said the presentation was wonderful and everything arrived unbroken!! Very pleased!!

Item was specifically requested to be delivered on the final working day of a very valued employee. It wasn’t and communication from the vendor wasn’t the best. Eventually it arrived a week later with the blame placed on the delivery company. I had to pay the extra cost of forwarding the gift to my employee and the vendor was most apologetic without accepting any responsibility for the failure. They seem like nice people but they’re service is lacking.

User friendly website makes it very quick and easy to order. Great choice of products and baskets with options to add/delete products. Delivery interstate was reliable and on time. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The product was great and exactly how it was described online. It was packaged beautifully. High quality product. However, I feel they need to asses who they courier with as star track weren’t very good at following instructions.

They deliver Australia wide which is a bonus, however the delivery occurred a day later than expected which made the delivery a day late for our anniversary celebration. Overall happy with service.

I wanted to personalise a gift and this was easy to do on the Little Luxury website. I did ring to make sure my order could be customised and was assured I could achieve all of that online.

The recipient contacted me as soon as they received their parcel and commented that it was 'the perfect gift'.

Excellent online gift service with a wide range of products for a very good price - products can be substituted if something else is preferred. Delivery was super fast and the hampers arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Both myself as the sender and my recipients are very happy!!
