A Pet's Prerogative

I made a booking a week ago however received no confirmation in any form. Reached out and received no response, so I booked in somewhere else. On the day they then contacted me asking where I was, so I advised I have booked somewhere else and no longer need it. They then charged a cancellation fee, without any further discussion. Not very organised at all

John and Jo are amazing with our doggies. I've always used the mobile service and they will always go above and beyond what is expected. Very relaxed, our dogs (one who is a bit nippy) are always happy to be pampered and primped :-)

Finally, after trying so many groomers, we now have THE BEST groomers ever. A PETS PREROGATIVE are fantastic and will not disappoint. Lovely couple, very friendly and gentle with my dog, who hated being bathed, now he doesn't mind so much. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They really are just fantastic. You will not be disappointed!

After taking my dog to many groomers in the area I have finally found one I can genuinely rave about.... A pet's prerogative comes highly recommended.
They're a very caring husband and wife team... my timid little daisy absolutely Love's them both and they take great care when grooming her...Fantastic Service you wont be disappointed!
