Friendly, helpful staff who told me about their members club and discounts. Saved heaps with member discounts and found things I had been searching for, will be back again SOON!

Quite overpriced. Otherwise a huge range of stock, I go in their quite often and buy papers, CRICUT cartridges and accessories they don't have a big range in so I tend to buy most of this off eBay as it is alot cheaper.

Courteous and pleasant staff, broad range. They handled my enquiry and offered several different items that met what I was looking for. Great place to go to find obscure scrapbooking items.

if you want good customer service , friendly face , a relaxed and fun place to go then you have found right shop.I have been going to scrappe angels now for almost 5 years and they have been great.They will get stock in if ask,and are always happy to give a helping hand.This is a place where i feel as comfortable as my own home.

I don't have anything good to say about this place. Sure, they have a huge selection of merchandise, but it's so drastically overpriced. I've purchased some items in the store and bought the exact things online, and even with shipping, it was still around 30% cheaper, at least. I had an experience where I bought some aerosol can of adhesive. As soon as I got it home I realized it didn't work. I tried taking it back and cindy's mom was at the counter and cindy was in the workshop area about 2 metres away. Her mom sat there and argued with me that "the boss" won't be able to exchange or refund this. She pressed the nozzle and a couple of "drips" (not a spray) came out and she said "there, it's working now!" "What?! Are you kidding me?!", I asked her. This went on for about 20 min's where I was told that they would have to call the manufacturer on Monday to see if they could do a refund. My god I wasn't trying to take back a new car. It was a $10 can of adhesive!! Finally, extremely disappointed in the severe lack of service, my husband and I stormed out of the store and my mouth has not been shut since on the horrible customer service (if there is any there at all) the overpriced merchandise, the non-caring attitudes of "the boss" and her mom, etc. I could go on and on. Go online and buy your goods...it's easier, cheaper, and much much more of a pleasant experience!

Cindy has everything you could possibly want, and then some. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The opening times are very convenient for everyone. They are open late a few nights a week. Classes are also available.

A huge range of stock and Cindy keeps up with the new stuff. Really friendly helpful staff and great opening hours. They are open 7 days most weeks. They have also have a pretty big workshop area and a kids play area to keep the little ones distracted.
