He worked a miracle on my Rodeo Truck and got me back on the road, I had ordered fuel pump parts from a supplier before I rang him which turned out to be half a part that needed to be assembled. He did this without complaint and after ruling that out I ordered a proper complete assembly and he came back and fitted it.

It works a treat now, he was very quick too.

My car broke down around 2pm today and needed emergency roadside assistance. I rarely call mobile mechanics of any type but my personal mechanic was unable to attend .
After calling the bigger main name ones they all ignored the fact I needed emergency aid and offered service the next day
I almost gave up and was considering towing my car when I called one last mobile mechanic and it was Avip
I gave a description of my problem and stated that it needed a replacement part and the operator told me they'd be there within the hour with the part.
Amazed I waited and they arrived early fixed my problem within 20 minutes and I was off.
The fact it was after 3 pm and a few suburbs away they were exceptional and reliable .
I am very thankful and have bookmarked this service in my phone for future call outs

I initially rang Rob from About Town because I needed a service & had really good service from Rob in the past. He's no longer doing servicing, however he recommended Carmello from A.V.I.P. Carmello arrived at exactly the time I'd booked and provided a really good service to my much neglected car - he even washed it for me! Would definitely use Carmello again, and it's so convenient to have someone come to your home. Price was very fair. A very happy customer, and as a female with car things this doesn't happen all that often.
