Appointment made for 2pm. Plumber rocks up at 4pm and tells me that I cannot expect him to do the job now at 4pm on a Friday afternoon (especially on a long weekend). Original quote $220 increased to $450 once on site. Note to management: maybe check the job out before flinging random numbers around. On the upside, the plumber did phone to say he would be late. But he didn't say he wouldn't be doing the job that day. I could have saved them both the unnecessary trip!
