This company is very untrustworthy. All liars. Before you pay your deposit, they have very good customer service, but after that they do not answer your phone/message nor pick up your goods on time. Later on, they always use the same excuse, the truck was broken. You have to wait for few more days! I can swear to God I was one of the many who got screwed by them!

Yes I agree. Our household items got split up into three truck loads that took over three months to get all our things delivered but even then they delivered stuff to us that we told them wasn't ours and they lost some of our precious irreplaceable items....probably delivered to a different customer!!! We have moved many times with our companies and this one was a disgrace. They need to number and itemize every box for a start.
