Fantastic service. Lee was punctual, professional and well presented. He did a superb job cleaning our carpets and rugs and didn't rush the job at all, but rather, took the time to provide beautifully clean carpets with all stains removed completely. Lee was competitively priced to other companies I contacted for a quote and I would totally recommend A1 to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned and deodorised. I will definitely contact A1 on the next ocassion I need my carpets or upholstery cleaned.

Their service was prompt, accommodating a great deal of mind changing as to when was the best time for us, superb and efficient. Not only does the difficult, dark coloured carpet look lovely, and the numerous antique rugs and carpets look beautiful but the level of care was brilliant. I was especially delighted with the health warning for out dogs.

A1 are very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would. Spent the time required to complete the job - no short cuts and we have a very large house. The carpets look fabulous. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My old woolen carpet looks like new. It was deep cleaned, sanitised, deodorised and given dust mite treatment.I really haven't any negative comments to add. The operator certainly knew all about the products used. He was very respectful of my furniture. It was a job well done.

I bought a good quality mattress second hand and wanted to get it cleaned, sanitized and deodorized prior to use. The price was very reasonable in view of the quality and professionalism of the work done and the extra information and advice in answer to my questions. I liked the use of natural products such as eucalyptus oil and also like to support Tasmanian owned and operated businesses.
