We called for someone to check our power board. The man that came was friendly and prompt. He did a job that we considered satisfactory. The next day the switch he put in failed. A Sparky in our street said the switch was faulty we should ring the man and he would replace it.
Oh Dear ! We were screamed at and told the switch could not be faulty. He turned very aggressive. When he finally came to check the job he admitted the switch was faulty. That was not his fault....some parts are faulty...but we still copped more abuse. Horrendous.
