I used a4e before I changed over to another service provider, I must say I was totally disappointed with them other than the fact I was brushed off many job opportunities, hence I am qualified. The staff seem nice, never rude, yet not so on the ball.

I have been into the office a few times on a Proffesional basis, and it is poorly run and really dosnt do the very best it could for their clients. They function under a contract from the Department of Employmet Education and Workplace Relations. And have certain contractual obligations based on if they are meeting and performing these well, they will be given a high star rating and when the contracts come up may be issued with more business.
In the recent new issue of business on high rating and good performing companies, this one gained no new business and was given no new business share due to low star ratings.Says it all really. I would never recommend this company or that any one use them if they are seriously seeking employment.
