First of all, they had my piece of equipment for 6 weeks with no progress reports whatsoever and when I attempted to contact them to find out progress they told me that I was a control freak. When they EVENTUALLY called me after several emails, they said that they had "done nothing" with it and it seemed to work as they'd had it hooked up to his tv- so from the sounds of it, they'd just been using it. They behaved inappropriately for the entire time they were my house and was puzzled when I eventually became quite angry at them for the way they behaved. They wouldn't listen to anything that I asked or suggested and when they realised that they had connected the equipment incorrectly they stormed out of the house and then made personal and insulting comments to myself on his return. When it was all connected I was just so keen to get them out of the house that I paid them the incredibly exorbitant price of $150 for their own admission of doing nothing. Afterwards when I sat down I realised that it still wasn't right and after I got SOMEONE ELSE to look at it, they put back the original cable that they had removed - and this fixed the problem that they had caused. I wouldn't contact this person if you need rv repairs or anything else done. Probably the least professional "professional" I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I wish that I hadn't paid them but frankly I was so keen to get rid of them and by that point was quite angry about the whole thing, just wanted them out. DO NOT CALL THIS person.

To start with, they are an absolute dips**t and questioned the address I gave them and asked if I was sure I gave them the correct address....dude I know my own address! Best way to sum up my experience with this pitiful and pathetic so called business is DO NOT CALL THEM. They are not professional by any means and they don't know their trade at all. They couldnt even tell what sort of TV I had by looking at it....even though it had the brand clearly shown on the front of the TV. Don't waste your time or money with them...
