When I found this company I thought they sounded really ideal to restore/replace the windows on my cottage. An appointment was made for 10 am on a Saturday. No-one turned up despite me waiting until 11.20. I emailed them and an appt. was scheduled for the next Saturday at 10am. I waited and waited. No show again. I am very disappointed and will now have to look elsewhere having wasted valuable time.
