I had to witness my bride get upset on her wedding day because this company booked for the following day. An email confirmation was sent and SMS for the correct date and when I tried to call the company on behalf of the bride as she was stressed enough they were 40 minutes late they kept rejecting the call and called back to advise that they didn't hear from the bride to confirm and they are in the Gold Coast. Instead they will send maxi cabs. So disappointing! All though the bride tried to keep calm and other LIMOS rental had a car at her house in 15 minutes, no bride should ever have to experience that. definitely would not recommend you guys and as a makeup artist I deal with many weddings! Unfortunate for you!
