*Update May 2024: BEWARE - the business's reply states that AAA offered to fix this. IT IS A LIE - He wanted $8,000 more to fix the problem he caused!!! He's refusing to refund my parents, and is claiming to be a 'poor pensioner'. He's also blamed me for submitting this honest review to try to get out of his responsibility to refund the money he owes given he is unable to fix the problems he caused*

Awful quality product. Leaky and not to standard. Ruined air con install causing condensation leak and internal ceiling damage, flashing leaks everywhere, box gutters holding water for weeks, reused old tin when quoted for all new tin, among many other things. AAA has made excuses for 4 months and kept saying will fix it to no avail. Paid 13k for a job, now he wants 8k to fix the problems he admits were caused by a junkie subcontractor instead of taking responsibility and fixing it himself. Hurled abuse at multiple members of my family. Stay far away from AAA unless you want to be abused and gaslighted
