Have used this place for years for getting helium balloons and gifts. Got a huge balloon blown up for my sons bday, picked up the morning of the party to be flat by the time I got home. When I went back they said their was a hole in the balloon when they blew this up, there is no way there was as it was straight from the packaging and if there was why not ring to let me know. They refused to refund me any money so my son was left without a centerpiece for the party. Very disappointed
