They are not the cheapest bike shop around, but I am very happy with their service. The components prices are reasonable, and if you have any problem with the bike after service, just bring it back and they will fix it for free. That happened to me today, just the gear sometimes didn't change. They just readjusted it straight away without asking any questions. I'm so happy with that (and hence this glowing recommendations).
I think they are a bunch of honest, hard working folks that will not rip you off. You don't have to believe me (I hope you don't or they will get too busy and I'll have to wait longer to book my service next time). Just try them out.

These guys specialise in repairing bikes, not selling them. So they are very capable, and give the best advice on all options to fix a bike - and buying new parts is rarely the first option.

I have called in a number of times with small repair jobs that they have done on the spot when possible. They have charged ridiculously low amounts for some things and suggest cheaper alternatives if an expensive one is not necessary
