BEWARE, we did not have a good experience with ABC Bathrooms.When we had our shower fitted they did not measure to see if our vanity would fit and there would be room to use the toilet. We could not change the shower as it cannot be moved once it is in, knowing this they still installed the vanity leaving us a space of 25cm to get through to the toilet. A much smaller vanity was required and now we have a bathroom that we didn't want. Among all the problems we had, grouting, loose fittings, incorrect installments, it took 8 weeks and it is still not up to scratch. Our shaving cabinet is not installed straight in the wall, it is out by about an inch.This cannot be moved as the whole wall would have to come out, so we are stuck with it. The clean up procedure was not fulfilled and it was left up myself to high pressure clean the front yard of our property. The whole bathroom experience was very miserable including the way we were asked to pay the balance of the account, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a bad experience with damaged material being installed, damage to the adjoining walls and flooded bathroom because the workers put all the rubbish down the shower drain which promptly blocked when used. Bathroom only two years old but have had to call for constant warranty work. Now toilet not working properly and all efforts to contact the company via various methods unsuccessful. Does anybody know how to contact the company as this is under warrantty? In desperation we called another plumber who told us it is impossible to get the parts and it looks like we will have to pay for a new unit and the installation. Any help would be appreciated.

We had our common bathrooms, ensuite and the laundry renovated by Steve and his hardworking team not long ago.The job he has done is very, very good and within the given time frame. He took time out of his busy schedule to listen to what we wanted and also gave us his professional advise on all the aspects of the job on every stage. We had an onsuite and main bathroom renovated in 3 weeks and cannot overstate the professionalism of Steve and his team. Steve is a professional project manager of the highest order who has pride in his reputation and work. This is reflected in his tightly run and respectful team of tradies. On time every day, the tilers were particularly skillful. My drain tile cappings were detailed with a florish that a lazy mob would have not taken the effort to do so. Some things went wrong due to the delivery of a cracked vanity and damaged bathtub that were only noticed AFTER installation. Steve had them removed and replaced immediately with no cost and no argument. It was simple bad luck, however cost his pocket. This attitude of responsibility to the customer is what impressed me most. The cost of the bathrooms was reasonable. Don't go cheap, follow Steve's advice as he is an honest man. I have steve lined up to build me a deck I have been hesitating about due to Aussie Tradie nightmare stories. Now I have steve's number this is not a worry any longer. Sorry to gush but I went into the reno expecting the worst. Well done steve and his team.
