My daughter started this childcare starting from 12 months, she is almost 18 months old now. She is in the baby room.

We have been extremely happy with this childcare centre. The staff here are professional, passionate, understanding and very experienced. They genuinely love the children and make an effort to make sure that each child is having a great time and looked after well.

From our first orientation day, we went and they immediately came over to us and showed my daughter a toy and how to play. And then they changed her nappy ... then she got fed!! This is such a different experience from our bad experience with StarFish Early Centre.

We did orientation for 4 days over 2 weeks. Then she was on her own, initially my daughter would cry every time we go. The carers always came over and took her from me while I sign her in & siad good bye and then continue to hold her until she stopped crying. They usually can comfort her and stop crying within 2 mins. I used to watch from outside their room just to make sure she is ok.

All other babies and children all look happy and content every time I go there. Now, my daughter does not cry when she goes and she is always happy!!
