Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional, misleading and rude. Go somewhere else!

Sent an email 7/2 requesting a quote for a design all ready set up and ready. Received an email indicating that they are busy with back log to wait 2-3 (no problem with that) also said that even though I had the design drawn up and ready to go that they are doing orders in first come in etc (also no problem fair and reasonable). Sent another email 8/3 just to ask hi everything was going and received a reply unmediated saying someone will be in touch soon.

NO CONTACT

Called 25/6 spoke to Lee (who has been the email correspondent) and said just following up. She said oh because it’s a laundry and it’s only a couple of cupboards that will have to wait and we are so busy with other orders. When I pushed back and said that’s not what you indicated several times in writing and actually our Laundry is all ready designed with drawings and isn’t a couple of cupboards as you would know because you have the drawings.

Lee clearly indicated they are way too busy and I said well that’s fine if you don’t need the business just say that in the first place rather than being misleading with your customers, it’s unprofessional to not indicate the truth, clearly in the emails you said things were prioritised based on date of enquiry and now when I’m speaking to you, kitchens have priority over laundries. There’s plenty of other people that can do the work and if they can’t can respond appropriately and she hung up.

ABC Kitchens made renovating our old house with all its quirks and issues EASY! We told them what we wanted/needed and they did it. They came to our home, listened to us, measured up and within a couple of days I had a quote and drawings. Their drawings were the impetus for us to make major changes but it was their customer service that propelled us to contract them! Everyone at ABC is personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They took care of everything for us...and with this old house there is a lot to take care of! But their true excellence is in their finished product--our house is AMAZING!! It's gone from being a dreary rabbit warren to a BRIGHT and AIRY, BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL home!! Thank you ABC!!
