I have never had any trouble finding something for myself or as a gift in this store. It caters for everyone from kids to adults. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great well mannered and approachable staff, ease of order pre-release music or DVDs. Great idea from a staff member to purchase a cook book for Dad on fathers day, which then I organized a subscription for the Magazine Delicious

the service is good, but nothing more than expected, the kids love this store. They have good products which of course are very specialised. It is particulary good to find dvd's of live theatre shows or kids shows.
