Hired a truck on 14/1/21 and returned after hour via key drop the same day. Got secretly charged $500 for the deposit 2.5 weeks after, have to call up credit card company to find out it’s charged by this company. Called up the company told there was damage with email sent to me, which I never received. Owner called me to claim I incurred damage to truck worth $275, of which I am still waiting for them to provide the evidence. If renting from this company, better watch out for extra charges from this company for weeks after.
