We have only started using them for puppy school, however so far the service is fabulous, and the staff really nice. They really seem to care. Lets hope my puppy likes them too ;)

We just moved to the area. Our Labrador has arthritis. She slipped on board floor and injured front and back leg joints and hip. The vet clinic got us in straight away and had her records from our previous vets ready when we arrived. The staff were fantastic and the vet very caring and knowledgeable. Treatment was arranged and her medication/injections changed to 3 monthly so that there wasnt any breakthrough pain. The prices charged were cheaper than I expected too. Follow up care was great too. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone

The service from the veterinarians here is great and I have found them to be very professional and all of the staff members here seem to have a very genuine care and concern towards the animals welfare. I did however find that I was always being `up sold` virtually every time I went in here and felt a bit awkward about going back after the first few times. I was at one stage made to feel a bit guilty about not being able to afford to get my dogs teeth cleaned which was around $700. I found out through another vet that all my dog needed was some good ol` denture sticks and within a few months her teeth were fine. Good service and not too overly priced but a bit concerned about the not so straight forward advice.

Really great veterinarian. I've taken my dog and cats here and Delwyn is such a kind, caring veterinarian. One of my cats came close to dying, and they let me sit in the backroom with him on his drip to comfort him for as long as I needed.
We've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and they are worth every cent. They treat your pets like people and really genuinely care.
Aimee, Rhonda and all the other nurses and staff are so friendly and engaging and they send personalised reminders to your pets regarding checkups.
My cat Koko made it as their pet of the month, once, and got some free food, which really came in handy!

The compassion is outstanding. We had to have one of our cats put down and they told us not to worry about the bill until we came in next time and let us out the side door so we didn't have to face the rest of the people in the waiting room.
A week later, we received a commemorative plaque with his name and date of birth and death. Heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time, a precious memento.

We have been clients of this business since they arrived in Aberfoyle Park over 12 years ago. A total of 2 dogs and 3 cats have been serviced here. So caring when our beautiful German Shepherd had to be put down, and our dear 18 year old cat. Cindy dog and Elly cat love "Uncle Ian". Excellent service and advice.

The vets and vet nurses were friendly and explained procedures and treatments well. The waiting area is nice, and follow up on appointments was good.

I love my pets and so do the vets. I have two older cats one of which is not the best creature to take the vet but they handle him with care and dignity that i would expect to be given to a person not a pet so that is lovely. They send a yearly reminder when the cats vacinations are due, always do a follow up call if they have had a proceudure. They send a lovely newsletter letting us know about the staff and events and the practice.
