Our wedding was perfect. Everything except the cars. The communication from this self-professed professionals was appealing from the start. The reassurance that everything was fine was all good until it actually mattered. The cars were late to pick up my wife. The drivers didn't know where to go or the best way to get there. It cost invaluable time on precious day. They failed to honour the end of the contract and it's only because I want to remember the perfect day that I didn't peruse them. The management sided with their incompetent drivers. At the end of the day, our recommendation would be to ask yourself - do you really want to risk things going wrong on the most precious day? If your answer is no, then steer clear of able wedding cars. The cars were not at all worth the expense. They leaked fuel outside the church and if not for a vigilant guest, a smoker would have been rather embarrassed. The driver engaged in conversation with other drivers on the way to the reception without realising they were allowing them to make crude remarks about my wife. Thankfully our wedding was perfect, because everything about the cars from the start of the booking process by fax only, to the wrong turns and getting stuck on a freeway missing two exits before arriving late was simply awful. Don't book them.

Firstly I want to say that I am the groom, not the bride, and we have not been married yet. However, I have just returned from an appointment with these wedding cars providers angry and offended. But I'll get to that soon enough, for now let's stick with the cars. There was a decent selection of cars, and you could choose from either white or silver and black. If you wanted to go for more of an antique look, there even was a 1922 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost that seats 7 people. The silver and black Jaguar Mark V's are beautiful machines, and there was a convertible that almost made me drool. There ends the positives (not a very long list, I must say...). Although the cars looked nice and shiny on the outside, the inside had visible evidence of rust and fabric damage. They were nice to look at but not quite as nice to sit in. As I said above, you could choose from two colour schemes, however, apart from the Jaguar sedans and convertible, the cars within each colour set did not really match one another. A 1922 Rolls does not belong with a 1950's Jag - they come from quite different eras. Also, I was told if I wanted white I could put a Cadillac limo with a classic Rolls Royce (again, poles apart). The owner seemed to be more of a collector than an experienced business man, although the owner told me they had been in business for over 30 years. In short, shiny cars, worn interiors and no sense of what car goes with what. Now for all of this, I could easily give the business a couple of points out of 5, but of course, the worst is saved for last. It may have been because I am a young male and I went to see the owner without my bride, but the owner thought it was ok to talk to me like we were down the pub, swearing throughout my visit. Again, I'm not adverse to swearing (I am a young male after all!) but not when I am conducting business and the owner is using it to put down every other business and their bad practices. the owner also told me that I wasn't doing things the "traditional way", without knowing anything about the surrounding circumstances. Throughout my visit (while I was talking in the monosyllabic way I get when I'm disinterested in what I am being offered) the subject comes up about the owner's previous career. All-in-all quite a horrible conversation. Of course, some people would agree with the owner and it may actually lead to them hiring their services, but not knowing me or my background the owner could have (and did) offend me, making me take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know not to use them. Not really the best business acumen, I think. I don't want to have too much of a go at the person, it is more about the services than them. That being said, the lack of professionalism gave me serious doubts about their services, and coupled with the sub-par maintenance of their cars, left me feeling angry, offended and sorely disappointed.
