I used a voucher here a good couple of months back and loved my haircut! I'm yet to call back and find out the ladies name who cut my hair to ensure I see her again. I went to another salon recently as this one closes Mondays.. I'm left wishing I had of been patient!

Very disappointed. I took pictures and spent a good 5mins explaining to them what I was trying to achieve. It was really important to me. They assured me it could be done but when the foils came out, there was NO blonde in my hair at all! I was meant to be getting a half head of foils but my hair was just a plain ash colour with a hint of green! I think it was the harsh toner they used in my hair. Either way, they would not offer me my money back and there was no apology. They it was cheap enough because I had come in with one of those online vouchers. This is should be NO excuse for terrible results. They offered to rectify it but really??? I had lost all trust in them and don't believe they were capable of rectifying the mess they had made. Do not recommend.
