Had the WORST experience at this place. DO NOT GO HERE. I had provided my own false lashes that i bought outside the store and simply needed help putting them on. The beauty "specialist" put barely any glue and places them THE WRONG WAY! A five minute job turned into a 20 minute job. If that didnt make my blood boil, the management sure topped it off, charging me $20!! all for a drop of glue and someone placing my lashes the wrong way. These people know nothing about beauty.

Absolute essential is now the only place i will go to get my hair done! Amazing service and i walked out with an amazing new hair color and cut, with good prices to. I would recommend it to everyone. i also hear that their beaty and massage treatments are amazing as well.

popped In for a quick blow wave last minute and they were able to fit me in, my hair was straight ,shiny and it lasted for days. The staff were great, very professional and full of great ideas so I booked in for a up style in 2 weeks for a wedding. I would recommend them to anyone.

The absolute worst experience at this salon.i do not reccomend it. I went in for a colour and instead of leaving with red hair I left with bright red roots, brown midlengths and salmon ends.there was a patch at the very front not coloured and patches all through the back not coloured. I am not one to complain so I didnt say anything to the stylist, when they were absolutely pulling my hair out at the basin and making my ears swell up from the product. I had to speak up when I was having my blowdry, I am a hairdresser and am on maternity leave and wanted to treat myself to going to the salon and absolutely everything done to my hair was incorrect.i informed them I was unappy and I would have to redo my hair myself when I got home but they insisted that they were happy with the result and stopped before finishing styling my hair and said " well that will do coz your going to do it yourself at home anyways".I left disgusted and $200 poorer with terrible hair.
