Great prices, good service and very professional installation. I've know I have heard of Accent blinds so we tried them and the costumer service people we're very helpful, they sure do know their product too well. Blinds arrived as scheduled, I like the quality and texture. Thanks Accent Blinds!

I called Accent blinds wallsend to come out to my home to give me a free measure and quote, they where very help full in telling me the cheepest most tastfull curtains choices available.

I am contented and happy with Accent Blinds. Their service was satisifying. I thought that i had never encountered problems with them at all, since day one i called up and had my blinds installed I was treated kindly but professionally. And i was able to connect with them when we exchanged ideas on how i wanted my blinds to be and how it should look on my windows. I highly recommend them not just to my family or friends but to people who are looking for good quality blinds and services.

We just got our new venetian blinds fitted after the old ones got wrecked during a storm. We called on the guys at Accent Blinds. They came out and gave a free measure and quote. They were very prompt and helpful. I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at Accent Blinds for a job well done. By the way, the venetian blinds look great! When I moved to my new house, I tried every single shop that sells blinds in Newcastle to find the colour and quality that I wanted. The only shop that I could find the blind with the right colour I wanted was Accent blind. and absolutely the prices were amazing. What is more, the free installation.

We had Blinds installed last year while we are happy with the blinds now they are installed , we were not at all happy with the stuff ups that went on throughout our dealing with this company, we never got phone calls to tell us what was going on , we had to do all the calls and chasing up, afetr being quoted a price and excepting it , we were told they would take 4 to 5 weeks , then to get a phone call to say 2 weeks later they had made a mistake and we had to give them another $300 and that it would take another 3 to 4 weeks afetr that. Vrey dissapointed with the service the one good thing was the guy that came to install them was very friendly and professional maybe the rest of rthem need to take some tip from him.

We had our shutters installed by this company, the installer did a great job and cleaned up after himself when he had finished. The shutters however did take a while to come in and the service call are a little below par.

We ordered 9 blinds in total in early May 2009. We were happy with the quote, etc and left a deposit for the blinds to begin production. We were told they would be installed in 4-5 weeks. Towards the end of May I recieved a phonecall saying the timber we had ordered wasn't in stock and would be now looking at having them installed towards the end of June. Although annoyed it took so long to tell me this I decided I would still go ahead rather than chase more quotes, get a refund etc. In early July there was still no word so I phoned to check on the order to be told they were still out of stock and they didn't know when it would arrive, that they would check with someone else and get back to me. I got no call back. I rang again the next day to be told the same thing. I said I wasn't happy with that as I was told I would have my call returned the day before and it didn't happen. The lady assured me she would call back. She did call me back within half an hour to my surprise to tell me that the timber was stuck in customs and wouldn't be released for another 10 days, then we could expect our blinds in 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I rang back again to be told no, they still aren't in stock. My husband then called and the woman I spoke to told him she never told me anything about them being in customs. We then asked for a refund of our deposit as we would need to order blinds through someone else. Now, 2 weeks later we are still waiting on that refund (despite 3 phonecalls to them) In the meantime we are sitting in a freezing cold house with no blinds, sick children and very disappointed to say the least!
