My best friend and I have been going to Access for many years. The guys there are great, really warm and welcoming. They listen, they always have suggestions and i'm never bored of my hair because they aren't afraid to try something new. They have a loyal customer in me for sure!

I would not recommend this salon for colouring. I went to see the stylist, and while they were generally friendly, there were occasions when they displayed attitude and downright rudeness. They seemed more interested in sharing about their turbulent home life than actually listening and understanding what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. I didn't feel confident in their skills and the result was disappointing. I expect more as a paying customer.

The staff were lovely, but the cut was terrible! didn't check lengths were even so the parts at the front were different. the stylist didn't bother with a blow dry - told me i wouldn't need it if i was going straight home anyway? Had to get my hair fixed up somewhere else.

I have been going to Access for years now. Always very professional and love that they can actually cut curly hair which, after many terrible haircuts in my life, I'm so glad I found a place I can trust. Don't live in the area any more but still keep coming back to Access!

This is a fantastic salon! Nina's been doing my hair for years - she's just the best. She listens really well to what I want, has great cutting and colouring skills, and is extremely easy and pleasant to chat to. To me, she's just about the perfect hairdresser and a really nice person too! I look forward to going there, highly recommend this salon.
