Purchased TiVo advert on harvey package stated free new release movie no data down loads. Not true. Had 2 go back to get other expensive equipment to get it 2 work a total of 4 trips. What a joke dud product. Contacted store twice for refund or credit note they took name and phone no promised to contact but didn't. Buyer beware with this store or any other Harvey Norman store recommend you try to find returns policy if you can you're better than me. Their loss I need new stove and dish washer won't be back. Stay away!!!

Didn't respond to my request for a quote from their website and when I phoned them to follow my quote request they apologised, said they would get back to me in a couple of hours and never did. Very unprofessional and no reason to make me believe i could trust them

Hi, As a first time customer to ask for their services, they didn't turn up on time as to when I was notified of the date they were coming to do it. My advice if you are thinking of using this company, try somebody else that is going to turn up on time and get the job done. I'll keep you posted, as to whether they respond to doing this job.
