I have used accountico for my 2019-20 small business tax return and had a great experience. They were able to claim all my offsets and deductions and even informed me about some new offsets and deductions related to my business. One of them was small business offset. I was surprised that my previous tax agent did not not bother to apply this offset which is applicable to most small businesses in Australia. The principal accountant Kanika is highly knowledgeable and answered all my tax queries with patience. Highly recommended.
