Sam our cleaner agreed to 3 hours of work. Our removalist was still present and taking away furniture but a number of rooms were ready to be cleaned. Sam and his assistant did not seem committed to a plan of cleaning the empty rooms first or working too hard. After just over one hour I received an SMS from Sam saying he was packed up in the car and ready to go to the next job. After inspecting the apartment I was extremely disappointed with the standard of work. We had to borrow a vacuum and do all the floors again. We had to borrow a teatowel and clean all the areas they missed. If you decide to use Ace cleaning services ensure you do not have Sam as the cleaner.

I would definitely not recommend ACE Cleaning Services (Lake Munmorah). Broke our vanity, charged a fortune and left rooms unclean. Offered a Bond Guarantee - but when he was asked to come back and fix the problems he ignored our calls. Cost us $165 to fix the broken vanity and we still haven't received our bond back due to the unfinished cleaning job. When my husband finally managed to get hold of Mark (the owner) today he told my husband that he was a "pig" - that is his idea of customer service!

Premium Quality workmanship from a great bloke. Did wonders with our carpets and rugs that the kids had trashed. Will definitely be using ACE again recommending to all our family and friends.
