I had a terrible experience with this removalist company. They sent inexperienced staff who needed constant direction on how to move my belongings, making the entire process stressful and time-consuming.

Firstly, they quoted me for a smaller truck, which ended up being too small for all my items. This forced me to pay twice for the delivery, which felt like a deliberate tactic to overcharge.

Secondly, they refused to take my coffee table, claiming it had a glass top and there was no room in the truck. This was a blatant lie, as there was clearly enough space. Their excuse was that the coffee table could damage their truck, which was ridiculous and unfounded.

To top it off, their customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive when I called to address these issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service.

They were on time, very professional and took great care, wrapping all of the fragile items in blankets and strapping in place on the truck.
With multiple dropoff locations the move was pretty stressfree. Great service!

This was by far the most vile experience I have ever had with a company - my property was damaged in many ways and they were speaking to me like garbage. As a result of their time wasting strategies and because they withheld my property for many hours unnecessarily, one of my pets passed away tragically.

I found this business on Word of Mouth

I booked for movement a month in advance seeing all reviews. Called them two days before movement date(1 July 2023). They said all good for 9 am.

On day of movement at 8:30 am called them. The guy on other side replied: Sorry, their system was updated and they missed the job. They can't come today. It was such a shocking experience and unexpected surprise. Didn't thought of so unprofessional behaviour. Though they were sorry but it turned our preparation upside down. We were unprepared for delay.

We called another packer guys and got them booked on extra price for same day shifting.

Will never recommend these guys..and want people to know about their unprofessional behaviour.

Facebook or google reviews shouldn't be believed always..lesson learnt for us.

Excellent service and great workers - both times I have used them. Despite the place having no electricity, they worked into the darkness and moved all our stuff as quickly as possible.

Just been scammed by these absolute jokers. We hired them to move 4 beds , fridge/freezer, washine machine and tumble drier ,2 sofas,2 tables a tv , bbq and 7 small boxes. Showed up at 10am. By 2.30 they had dismantled 3 beds hadn't packed 1 thing in the van.

When they finally got to my house 30 mins away they unloaded everything into the living room refused to put in designated rooms , refused to rebuild any of the beds and kept my fridge/freezer , washing machine and tumble drier on the van until i had paid in full.

I called the management spoke to a guy called [removed name] and gave me an absolute pile of abuse says he was keeping my stuff until i paid $1200.

They left a bag of screws for the beds but half are missing they also left 3 boxes and a bed at my old house.

Im absolutely livid actually going down the route of suing them.

I honestly cant believe they are a legit company

Avoid these thieves!!
They were sent a detailed list and suggested a 5 Ton truck but arrived with a 3 ton. Took hours to load the truck and didn’t use the volume at all. Said they would need to do two trips.
Took over an hour to drive from Surrey Hills to Box Hill then partially unloaded truck before asking my partner to pay in full. Refused to unload truck until she had paid.
Then said they were going back for the second load but never turned up!!
Calls never answered so now we have half out stuff at the old place.
Worst people - AVOID ACE MOVERS!!!!

Do not recommend. Nothing ace about them. Not experienced movers. Pay more per hour and save money..

Do not make the same mistake I did. I took a chance and booked them for my move from Doreen to Beveridge (approx 30 mins as per Google Maps).
I moved all the smaller items myself and left the bigger items like sofas, beds, bookshelves etc for them to move.
I specifically asked for a larger sized van so the move could be done in 1 trip.
When they arrived with a smaller van alarm bells should have rung then.
This now meant that they had to make 2 trips to finalise the move which meant the move would take longer and surprise surprise this would cost more.
Halfway through the move I was getting worried about how things were going and when I spoke to someone in the office I was told that the job should be finished by approx 3:30pm and the cost would be apporx $650.
As the move was going on it soon became obvious that they would not finish by this time.
So the whole job took longer than what even the people at the office believed it should take.
They demanded I pay some money BEFORE they even finished the job!
I refused and said I would pay WHEN they FINISHED !
When I called the office to find out what was going on I was told that they would probably finish about 5:00pm and the total payable would be over $1200.
I was told that the 2 men took about 3 and 1/2 hours to load the van the first time,
took about 45 mins to dissemble one of the beds (in our previous move it took another company about 10-15 mins !) and to top it off took about 1 hour to drive to the new home (even though GPS time was 30 mins).
I asked them to send me details of the GPS and times for the move as even they were surprised about how long the move took.
I sent an email advising them I would be writing this review if I did not get a reply.
IT'S AMAZING THAT PEOPLE WHO CHARGE BY THE HOUR WILL SOMEHOW MANAGE TO TAKE LONGER TO FINISH A JOB THAN THEY WOULD OTHERWISE IF IT WAS AGREED PRICE.

The 2 men that came to my house were very courteous and professional.
They took great care with my furniture and wrapped everything in Blankets.

I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them next time i move.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Estimate was almost double what we were quoted. Movers were very rough with our goods and did not listen to instructions despite being told many times what items required moving. Did not complete job properly. Refused to negotiate a fair outcome with regards to payment, holding our goods hostage. Very rude.
Steer clear of this company!

We moved with these guys a couple of weeks ago. First of all, they were late by three hours, and we learnt about it only after waiting for two hours and calling them. One of the guys called sick, and we understand that, but they could at least call us and advise that they would be late.
They are not professionals, even though both guys were nice. But they don't know how to disassemble furniture, how to secure it etc. We disassembled ourselves almost everything except one bed, and they couldn't do it without my husband (and couldn't even move the mattress downstairs without my husband's help.
They broke one of our bookshelves and damaged the floor in our new rental properties. The “main” guy said that he had already reported this to their supervisor, so I just waited when they will contact me. Nothing happened for a week, so I message them with the photo, and when they called, they started: why are you calling a week later? I explained the situation and that I was waiting because one of the removalists assured me that he had already reported this accident. Then they started suggesting that I fix it (but I tried everything before calling, it is a big scratch on the laminate floor made by incorrectly moving the fridge, it is impossible to fix).
We agreed (after 15 minutes) that they would refund a small amount - $50 just as a “sorry”. I sent them my bank details, nothing happened, and now they are just ghosting me.
P.S. We had the smallest truck, and still they spent 5 hours just loading everything (we prepared for them all our furniture except one bed), and unloading into the garage at our new place, and it was already late (we did everything else ourselves much quicker). When I used them how much time they would need, they indicated 4-5 hours WITH assembling and disassembling.

Summary: very unprofessional service, don't have insurance, won't cover the damage they cause.

They did the job for my mother, I was there and I even had to help them. She is too kind to give a negative review but she has been wronged by these people.

The two removalists had a low understanding of English. One of them had never done this sort of work before.

But my actual complaints are NOT excusable by the inability to speak English. And they are NOT excusable by lack of experience, either.

1 – They charge by-the-hour . . . and they took 8 HOURS to get the job done! (Fractions rounded down.) They did not fill their van as much as they could have, and they only had to drive from Malvern East to Balwyn North. They took two trips, but it should not have taken 8 hours for a charge-by-the-hour job.

2 – One of our items, an antique drawer, was BROKEN due to their clumsy work!

3 – They DUMPED THEIR LUNCH RUBBISH in the front yard of the house they moved the items to. (Which we found the following day, because it was so late at night when they finally finished.) I have photographic evidence of this.

The management reduced the fee . . . by half-an-hour! My mother was still charged for the ridiculous 8 hours they took. That does NOT make up for it at all.

And one final note: I wrote this negative review on Word Of Mouth, then I chose the offer to have it delayed by three days. This was to give the removalists the chance to make amends. As I am sure you have concluded, they did absolutely nothing.

Avoid at all costs. My inital quote went over after having a detailed conversion on the phone prior to booking. The quote going over is something I can appreciate but what I dislike when the staff put a 1 plus meter scratch in my hard wood floors and denie doing so even though they were the only people in the home. Where it got very interesting was when I called the Owner/Manager explaining the issue and was told I needed to part pay the excess portion of the claim for the insurance after he sided with his staff. Then to take things to another level he threated to drive to me and "fix me up" and not deliver my furniture which was on route and threaten me as I was upset having to pay for his staff damaging to my floor. I dont take kindly to being threatened and have escalated matter to the police. Very concerning when a "professional company" threatens to steal your furniture and harm you. Not a pleasant feeling.

Ignore the social media marketing. Ignore the Facebook bot messenger making you feel like you’ve got someone to talk to when making enquires. You get what you pay for. Book somewhere else.

Movers were on time and got things done really quickly. Items were moved with caution even though they had to climb flights of stairs . Thank you so much!

The guys were fantastic, they couldn’t get the truck up my driveway so they had to move all my stuff by hand to their truck but just kept going without a complaint , can’t thank them enough
