Vince called me initially to organise an inspection. He was very quick to provide me with a quote which was reasonably priced. The work was very good, and even did some touch ups later to work that wasn't completed by my agent. I would not hesitate to use Vince again or recommend him to anyone. Even my agent has started using him for their other land lords.

Vince provided suggestions in regards to the colour to make our rooms look better.

There were areas that were not included in the job and he painted those areas after I requested him to.

Better care could be taken in ensuring the floor coverings don't have wet paint on them as the paint transferred onto our carpet. Vince and his team did their best to clean the paint off from the carpet.
The team should also be awareness of where paint drips (on surfaces that shouldn't be painted) and ensuring they are cleaned. For most areas, Vince and his team did a good job in cleaning the spots that shouldn't have paint on them. They wiped the paint off with a cloth or their fingers. In my place, Vince explained that it's hard for him to determine whether the paint spots were from the current painting job because the colour he was painting was the same as the existing colour on my walls. I understood this so I didn't hound on it too much when I noticed paint where it shouldn't be.
I did take photos before the painting was done and after the painting was finished, and noticed that paint had appeared on surfaces when there wasn't paint there before, for example on the built in mirrors.

We were very happy with the friendly and professional service we received from Vince and his team. We had a difficult ceiling area and areas that needed patching and they did a fantastic job. Our house looks brand new. They are very hard working and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them.
