I highly recommend Ace Towing Parramatta to anyone needing a tow. I was involved in a car accident this week on my way to work. I called Ace Towing for help as my car was not drivable. Sam arrived at the scene within 10 minutes. He organised an Uber to take me directly to a car rental company in my local area. Sam was very helpful, caring and efficient. I was back on the road in no time. The following day I realised that I had left a lot of personal belongings in my car. I called Ace Towing to organise a time to collect these items. I arrived at their holding dock and I was greeted at the gate by Sam. He helped me to gather all of my belongings from my car and believe me I had accumulated a lot of stuff in the boot of my car. He went above and beyond to make the whole process so much quicker and easier for me. Thank you Sam for your phenomenal service throughout the whole process. I would also like to mention John, the lovely man who I dealt with on my phone calls. He was also very helpful and friendly. Thanks Ace Towing for your fantastic, professional service!
