We requested a delivery and specifically asked for an electric pallet jack and hydraulic ramp. The booked it in with this information and then after expecting a delivery that day they called back to say they do not use electric pallet jacks and still charged us for part of the delivery.

The parcel I ordered was delivered by Aceit Couriers with Excellent service and delivery and parcel was put in the secure spot ,the delivery driver did an Excellent job in delivering the parcel
