I discussed with them our needs, sent them the floor plan and they advised the correct size for our house. I wanted a "name brand" and they suggested Mitsubishi, which I was happy with, no cheap, imported, no name air conditioner for me! They advised the correct size, gave me the quote, I accepted and we booked the installation time & date. The electrician/ installers arrived on time, did the job, no fuss. They invoiced me, I paid the invoice and now I have a great air conditioning unit in the house.
