BEWARE!!! I bought a voucher off Groupon for this place. A really unprofessional woman over the phone had only certain times available for appointments (although this is not specified on Groupon).

Raced from work to my appointment without picking up my daughter from daycare, to find the place closed. Called various times, messaged and no response. 15 minutes after my appointment time I leave to receive a message from her saying her father had been rushed to hospital. I left it at that and 45 minutes later (?) I get a call from her asking me to come in that same night. I agreed, but told her I would like a free session due to all the inconveniences her muck up had caused. She expects customers to give 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling or voucher forfeited but does not apply the same rule to herself.

She preferred for me to cancel the voucher before giving me a free session due to the inconveniences caused. How incompetent. I think you need to rethink your customer service values. Loyalty means more, just FYI I was planning on buying another 4 sessions from you, but now am willing to travel a little further and pay some more money to be treated in a professional manner.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS PLACE.
