The worst car hire place ever. When we arrived our car wasn't ready and they gave us a much older completely scratched and dented car. When we went to fill up petrol it had no petrol cap so the next day we returned the car as it wasn't safe to drive. They told us that it's the only car they had, although this wasn't true so when i asked about all the cars parked outside the staff got really angry and started yelling at us. So I decided to leave and take a a taxi back to the hotel. Days later I noticed that Action car hire charged my credit card for 5 days instead of the one day we booked. So I called them asking why did they charge us for the days we did not use the car they answered in their rude way that we booked it for 5 days. We did not get the cars we booked anyway?!!! after we called them they went and charged our credit card for a petrol cap, and we had nothing to do with that cap. We complained against them with the bank, and we did not pay them anything.
